). Finishing off 1 week with the CC Barlow. As I had mentioned this steel, which I presume to be 1095, takes on a patina like nobody's business. You can clearly see how much has formed after only 2 meals, with quick cleanups after. Really nice knife, you can also see some of the bone's translucency.
