Have a nice nautical day, Jack. You certainly have the correct cutlery!

I seem to have become knife lazy as I have been carrying this one all week!

Thanks a lot Dean, that's a great-looking knife :)

Jack thanks for the compliment my friend! I hope you have beautiful weather and great weekend at the festival. A very appropriate pair indeed for the waterfront!

Today Pam and I are off to visit one of my guys who is in the hospital. Afterward we plan to grab some lunch and maybe a stop by Sams before heading home. I am carrying this new to me GEC #53 Stockman from '08. Buttery Smooth Elk and 440C, what's not to like. :) Even if it is a 2nd! ;)

Thanks, Ron! Quite an attractive knife for a 2nd.

Adalynn wanted to show off her pink knife. She allowed me to put my carry in the pic as well through a deal that involved ice-cream. Hope you all have a wonderful weekend.

Beautiful, Brett! Oh, and the knives are good looking, too!

Thanks a lot Dean, that's a great-looking knife :)

Thanks, Jack!

I'm off to Leeds Waterfront Festival today to see some old boats and some old mills. These two seemed appropriate ;) Have a great weekend everyone

Have a great time Jack, you look to be in outstanding company :)

I seem to have become knife lazy as I have been carrying this one all week!

Great pic Dean

Beautiful Barlow Jeff.

I rarely carry my TC, not sure why, maybe because it is my one and only.

If someone could instruct me on how to multi quote across more than one page from a phone it would be greatly appreciated, I can't seem to figure it out.

Notable harvest, gallant Geppetto!
(There are very few rhymes for r8shell or Rachel; didn't know that until I tried to modify the nursery rhyme.)

I hand picked this wonderful Camillus C4 today, to help me celebrate "Faux-Bone Friday"!!!
...
I like Faux-Bone Friday, Buzz. ;) (Although I like the knife even more!)

That's a sweet White Owl, Travman, and I like your set-up for carrying it!

...
Forgot to carry these two for Wooden Wednesday, so happy ........ fibrous Friday?

Fibrous Friday has a ring to it, Tom! :D Cool pic; each time I see your olive wood Joker, it reminds me of what a splendid knife that model is, and how much I appreciate mine!

I'll bet you could extend your lambsfoot/penknife streak considerable longer! ;) I appreciate the kind sentiment.

Harry
That's a dazzling, dark 1-blade Northfield Barlow, Harry; glad you took it out for some fresh air!:thumbsup:

I picked up this Chinese made knife on my honeymoon almost 7 years ago in Apgar Village, MT. Ive never carried it and I certainly paid way to much for in the tourist trap store. I wasnt even into knives then, but Im glad I have it now. Slightly smaller than a GEC 83.

Thanks for the story behind the knife, Brett! (You should try to take better care of the tool behind the knife, though!:p)

Funny....nor for me either :D

I even tried poetry and homemade sauce
IMHO, that trio should be magical, Gev! :D

Jack, I really admire your ability to come up with a knife (or two) for every occasion!:thumbsup: I like both of those knives on their own merits, but they certainly are well-suited to a Waterfront Festival!

...
I like your choices in iron supplements, Gary. :)
...
I seem to have become knife lazy as I have been carrying this one all week!

Thanks, Dean, although I've abandoned the slow release iron after reading something about its relative ineffectiveness (and no longer remember the details ). I can see why it's difficult to abandon your dapper knife!:thumbsup:

Adalynn wanted to show off her pink knife. She allowed me to put my carry in the pic as well through a deal that involved ice-cream. Hope you all have a wonderful weekend.

I admire that you've made knives a family affair, Brett!

:D It's a tough name for rhymes, and doesn't lend itself to many good nicknames, either. Good on ya fer tryin' :D

Today I spent some time at the local watering hole, sharpening some humble classics.
