Welcome LB. That's the coolest Micarta I've seen, a perfect fit with the slip. Has it faded with use or was it like that originally?
Thanks for the compliment. The knife has not seen a great deal of use yet. The slip actually seems to draw moisture from the micarta scales. It has done a natural micarta coyote the same way.
Large folding hunter with Coke bottle handle in rosewood(?). New York City Knife Co. Hammer Brand 1936-1937 (per tang stamp of "arm & hammer). Still tight and sharp.
