Little Blue Dozier helped feed the backyard birds today.

Ha! You know you can open those suet packs with your teeth.

But with a good knife at hand, we use it whenever we can. I do the same, especially after getting suet in my mouth.

One of my first GEC knives is in my pocket today, a 2014 #54.

Make that a cup of strong, dark coffee, and that would be two of my favorite things!

A 54 was my first GEC as well. Great knife.

I am picturing gridlock, accidents, school closings, and declarations of martial law.

Thank you my friend for the very kind words and the up-date on Romeo . If you look down behind the picture in my post , you can see the food bowl for the cat that we don't have . When it gets cold , we put it on our porch . She comes in but will not stay .

Ha! It was a close call. Fortunately they closed the public schools, and the gov't offices delayed opening until 10am. It pretty much all melted by 9:00. I barely had a chance to get a few pictures.
