In that Orange glowing moment
Time held its breath
In a momentless spell of rapture
As your upturned face
Seemed to answer all my questions
But I still ask myself
Is there really any point
In making plans

Gev, welcome to the Churchill Aficionados my friend! That is some beautiful Stag!:D

Super nice Stag on your Clerk, but that Camillus is priceless!:thumbsup:

I’m going to town with this Stag and Horn combo in my pocket! :D When I get back and USPS makes its delivery this pair will be replaced with a new pair of Sheffield Stag and Horn! ;):D

That 25 is one of the best I've ever seen....wow !!!

Have been away for a few days, WAY too many beautiful knives to comment on. When this happens it is always a special treat for me to be able to sit back and enjoy the show, reading through several days of posts and gawking at the gorgeous photos.

City Knife with a John Primble scout for me today, hope everyone is having a fantastic weekend.

My apologies for my late reply Jack, I've been on nights.
You have a good eye my friend, yes that's York Minster. The admission price is ridiculous  It was £10 last year, the tours and access to the tower are extra!, though the ticket is valid for 12 months. York residents can get in for free. Entry is also free if your going to attend a service, which I was doing, but then if your attending Evensong theres no time for a wander about inside.

No worries my friend :) I've been in the Minster a whole load of times, but not for a good few years :( Ripon's is worth a visit if you're ever over that way

Smashing Gev

Sitting in New Orleans airport after power outage at my house. We left early cause “hey airport will have heater”. Lucky we did cause the line was horrendous to check in. Except now the flight is delayed from 3 to 530. We won’t get to Disney till prolly 10pm. The three kids are all rambunctious and tired. So is dad. I know folks have it worse but it sure is maddening

Plus I only have this to keep me company in my pocket. Please excuse my high school girlfriend my current carry is sitting on

This one arrived from the exchange recently and found it's way to my pocket today... the dog is telling me to stay put and not use it so she can nap though :)

I just returned from deer hunting since this past Tuesday and, boy, are there a lot of great knives to ponder on this thread that have been posted since then. These are what I carried for the past four days (plus a Queen model 15 Half Congress that was in my pocket during the picture-taking and since): Cutco hunter, Gerber gator, Buck 119, and a Jarrett Fleming Talus. The Cutco and Buck got some deer duty on the trip.
