thanks!

Sweet knife and photograph :cool::thumbsup:
thanks, trying to learn to take a decent pic. :D

Great knife with great covers and being a vintage lighter buff, very nice as well:cool::thumbsup:
thanks friend. The lighter is actually a modern production bought with Camel cash some years ago, but it makes a good photo ;)
I don't know much about vintage lighters, is there a name for this style? I'd like to look into it.

A slight change up for today with something old, something new: a Queen City stockman (spear, spey, punch in Rogers bone) from 1922-1932 and a Jarrett Fleming Talus of a more recent vintage.

I had to wait for some snow to clear so I could find a spot to take the pictures.

Lol, well apparently my eye for real vs repo is a bit wayward:D it has strong ties to vintage oil trench lighters. I'm a ZIPPO fan thru and thru but enjoy many vintage variations:thumbsup:

I do love my Zippos, but those brass oil trench lighters look fantastic, some real works of art. If I'm not too careful I can see myself developing yet another obsession.o_O

Here's another knife pic so I dont go too far off topic :D
