Haven't posted much lately, weather has been nasty for picture taking. Still totin this one

I take that's a brass space pen - owned mine a while but the patina just isn't moving alone - have you given yours some help?
 
Thawing some wings for game time. Going to do a honey hickory dry rub, baked in the oven, and then quick fried to crisp them. To all the “true wings are fried only” gospels, don’t worry, I’m from WNY, tailgate in the snow to watch the Bills to lose, eat wings all of the time, and am allowed to experiment! :thumbsup::D

Chunky blue cheese also. You ranch fans can do cartwheels through broken glass. :thumbsdown::poop:

Yes I did help it along, I wasn't patient enough to develop the patina naturally. I used some Birchwood Casey "Brass Black" and then hit it with some steel wool.
