Thanks, Gevo! Your comments always brighten my day!

Those are some very nice ones
Most appreciated! My wife calls me "Johnny One Note" I guess it's reflected in what I carry everyday too.

Peregrin Peregrin those are three beauties, Gary (and a very belated welcome to the ACC).
Gevonovich Gevonovich Thanks for the support. We're "shooting" for next weekend, Here's a pic or 2 to tide you over.

Thanks, Stuart! I was sad to see SU move from the Big East but it was a good move none the less. Those are some fine looking pups!

Did you go to SU? I used to live on the north side of Syracuse, while I was helping my wife through ESF, when she was getting her masters.

I did, Buzz. Back in the mid to late 1970s I pursued a EE in their College of Engineering. That was after I was discharged from the USAF. The GI Bill helped with that endeavor. Seems like a lifetime ago. I'm a big SU sports fan too.

SUNY ESF is a great school. One of many of New York State's fine University and College campuses. My wife went to SUNY Albany and got her Masters at SUNY Cortland, where my youngest son is now a tenure track Professor. My older son went to SUNY Polytechnic Inst. in Utica. SUNY has been good to our family.

Sorry for going on and on.

I better put some knives in here! This is pretty much what I pick from most days. Sometimes I'll get the bug to carry something else, but not often. Today it's the two on the top, as it is most days, and the second from the left, a Brent Cramer LC Jr.

After explaining that my locker was empty despite having a key, I finally secured my Shuffler. I also acquired a TGA2-M and it’s my favorite fixed TTD. I have a large coming as well, but I really
like the size and heft of this knife. I’m waiting on a sheath, but I can’t seem to not want to hold it like a Buccaneer.

D Duckdog Those are some fine lookin’ K9s. I cannot wait to get to work with my new female (I say that now - haha) The last things I want to accomplish are a kennel and own a cat. I’m also getting a standard Poodle to gun hunt birds with and breed with my GSD. I did want a GSP like you stated, but I wanna breed her to my GSD for hybrids. Poodles are more aggressive keeping fowl at bay. I have problems with ducks and geese on my property. IME, GSDs and Poodles obey natural boundaries over all other breeds and that is very important for my K9 keeping.

A TC and a Drover for me today. :)

Stay dry James, I get flood warnings from my weather bug app for Jackson. I text Mark to stay dry as well:thumbsup:

Our weather broke and now is sunny and unseasonably warm. Found a crocus busting out and placed my day's choice there to contrast the ebony scales: a Clauss Cutlery Co. swell end jack. It's an odd company from Fremont, OH (once cutlery capital of the world with 65 cutlery businesses employing 3,000 workers) that was founded in 1887 and is still around in some form. They made their name and fortune (lost several times) on scissors and shears. As far as I can tell, they quit making pocket knives in 1946.

I, too, hated seeing the Big East break-up (and I grew up in the ACC). Traditions mean something! The pups are new members of two packs my bunny hunting pals own. They "git wit' it" pretty quickly, now.
HST HST Standard poodles make great bird dogs, especially for waterfowl. Best of luck.

Beautiful knife and photographs, Stuart !! Interesting the long pull in on the pile side of the main. And it looks to be way narrow for a nail to get into ? Cool data on OH !

Just arrived this morning F&F fine as you would expect although the cap lifter was a bit stiff so a quick dip in warm soapy water , scrub with old tooth brush that I keep just for that, pat dry and blow out the rest with air duster and finish off with a drop of Boker oil , now the cap lifter is a nail breaker , go figure !!!
