What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

Is that approx 3.25" in length? That looks like the knife I posted in the Queen...etc thread .

You buying dinner Gary? ;) :D

Beautiful Sunday knife, and a stylish money-clip my friend :)
If you get here around 6:30 we'll go get a couple of big beef steaks and some brews, Jack!
Actually, anytime my friend!
The money clip I picked up at a Santa Fe street market a few years ago. It was made by a friend of my daughter's.
The LCJ was calling my name today.

Last day of the Pena parade with another flawless example in mammoth. Got 1/3" of rain last night, need more.

Family portrait, screws have no place on any of my traditionals. Blue single blade lockback deserves some more love before it heads back to the safe. Carpe diem!

John, your traditional collection is simply astounding!! Do any of your Pena or Bose knives see light use, or are they strictly collectible / investment?

Thank you sir. Took a while to amass, glad I started back in the day. Couple of the Bose have seen use, the fixed ivory swayback has spent lots of time on the computer desk and the small stag swayback. The blue mammoth Pena lockback was a special order, and it deserves the light of day. Hard to use though as the days of peened Penas seem to be over. Admit to being a collector, doesn't hurt they have outperformed my IRAs, but I rarely sell so it doesn't matter.

I’ve been carrying the 74 Orange Delrin Mustang and the Buck Jigged Bone Canoe both with stainless blades. I’ll have to say this about the Buck Canoe, I believe it to be the sharpest knife out of the box I have ever bought! Both blades are scary sharp! I am impressed! :D

Those Buck 389 Canoes are really something. I bought 4 with the wood covers, gifted 3 of them.
I've been procrastinating about getting the jigged bone 389.
I'll probably get one in October ... There are a couple others I need to get first. The Forum knife will be my August knife, and an SK Blades Smoke Jumper for September, unless they are sold out by then.

Today's carry is all Buck.
A 110 on the belt, with a 301 and 389 in the pocket.

Had a bit of a busy weekend so I’m playing catch-up. I carried the Micro-Farmer yesterday. Then last night I was busy cooking over an open fire grill for about 4 hours with the 15 in my pocket. Didn’t really have time for any photos. Today I’ve got the 66 in my pocket as I lounge around the house.
