I appreciate the nice words sir and yes I agree with you a 100% that nothing beats old school! That's a beauty queen for sure. You have a very fine taste in knives, keeping it old school because nothing is better.
Great knife, and I'm a little jealous. Our pea season is long over. Garden's burned up, and the yard crunches when you walk across it. It's the price we pay for mild winters.
So cute! (both knife and dog)Sporting my newest one today. Fits nicely to the dog, but unlike him the knife holds still for you to photograph it ...

I'm in the mood to carry knives that are older than I am. They get harder to find every year.

r8shell ~ fantastic Hibbard,Spenser&Bartlett! She definitely wears her age well.
Thank you! I'm excited to carry it. One of my favorite things to find is a hundred year old knife in great shape, but just enough damage that I don't feel bad doing a little modification and using it.Thanks, it's a Cairne terrier.
Old knives are awesome, I like them too. You did a great job on reshaping the secondary on that cattle knife! It's got some nice pickbone.
So, thats where all the barlows went! Hahahaha, good stuff there
