What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

Sometimes I see Queen knives posted, almost all of them are quite good looking and elegant, and looks to be of high quality. And when I think of a striking and elegant Queen, I think of this

Then I acquired this, in pretty rough shape. And I thought " I had no idea Queen made this pattern, a strictly working knife"1116181132.jpgThen I remembered a really good Queen isn't afraid of dirty work when times call for it. And I thought of this queen-elizabeth-mechanic.jpg;)

(BTW even though she ain't my Queen, I've always admired those pics of Elizabeth's WW2 service, the mechanic Queen, really cool in my book :thumbsup: )

Long live the Queen!

Sweet knife and pipe !!!

That briar is almost as nice as that stag. Nice pic!

Fiery briar and flame stag warms my heart, Dylan.

Thank you, fellas, much appreciated.

Had these two 35's in my pockets this morning when we went to the YMCA and then coffee with friends .

Then this afternoon , I had this old TEW in my pocket as I put the snow plow on to be ready for Saturday .

Harry

A very nice assortment, Harry. But that green Churchill is a real gem, a very special knife. Inspires me to bring my own out in Ebony to see some fresh air soon.

Same here Dylan, you'd think we'd never had snow before! If you ever get a chance to make the trip Dylan, it would be wonderful to show you around :) Beautiful photo my friend :)

Thank you, Jack. We are anticipating within the next year we will be making a trip over to the UK. Great pair of knives you have today, that Case swayback is certainly a nice piece.

Have this little black number with me today.

We awoke to snow, then sleet, then snow, now more sleet. The roads are starting to freeze to a hard packed surface, slick as a eel in oil. I noticed some strange tracks in the freezing slush near my house and though it might be a sasquatch, but then recognized them as prints likely left by @Half/Stop. I'm sure that he's lurking near my lair. I'm not planning venturing far today, so I'm content to be totin' this one today.

Hope everyone has had a good week :) I am carrying these two today my A.Wright 2018 Guardians Lambsfoot in ebony for Black Friday, and the Case Swayback Gent that Gary @Peregrin very kindly gifted me a while back :)

Thank you, Jack! No sunshine yet, but I'm not complaining. We're doing great compared to several places on our east coast and west coast! People there have some real struggles with nature right now.

Too great knives you have today. I'm thinking the Sway Back Jack is almost THE knife to have if you want to be one of the cool kids. :):D Glad I have one, too.

Thank you very much for the very kind words Dylan !!!!! I believe that you are showing a 14 from the first run and I can verify that they are some Great Little knives . I bought one for a gift for someone but my wife would not let me give it away and I am glad that she insisted . Great picture as always from you .
You are correct that the Pickle Green 35 that you commented on is a Special Knife . It is 1 of 12 made up with left over parts . @Half/Stop Ron has a couple and I can not remember who else got one at the 2018 Rendezvous . Take care my friend .

Thank you, Jack. I think you are covered for your hike; and you've observed the Trad forum policy of no ugly knives on a hike, too! :):D Really, an attractive quartet.
