Thanks, Stuart. It's quite a piece, easily the most unique in my collection.Congrats on the milestone, Jack, and for that fine wood-clad pair.
Gorgeous golden horn, Dave. Luscious!
Thanks for the feedback, Alan. The Nguni should fit right in with your collection.
Beautiful knife, JP. I'm sorry about the resulting injuries.
Captivating Case barehead, Steve. Great jigged bone.
That's a pretty "piano key" pair, r8shell.
Thanks, Jeff, and I like your coat and Case trapper, both classics.
Radiant colors, Ron. Thanks for showing that pair.
That is a fascinating knife, Pinemoon. So much in a small package.
What a handsome pair of old fellows you have there, Harry!
Fantastic photo, Harvey, and thanks for the background on the origin of the covers.
Gary, you andjoeradza have some very beautiful amber stag in your enviable collections. What a prize!
That's all that you can ask of a pocket knife, Nick, plus yours is in great shape. A great find, pal. Everyone on the Porch benefits from your rewarding searches. Thanks.
Superb 72, RB.
A classic Case canoe. So very classy with the slanted and threaded bolsters.
Be careful, Ron, as that storm front has been a bear. Your pair should be able to get you through most any challenges (until it is chain saw time).
Nice knife, Jeff, and I saw what you did there.

A fine knife with a fine story, Buzz. If it's a 3-dot, it's from 1997.
Superb old Schrade, Steve. I agree with Buzz.
I think that he andkai76 have a collection of old hardware stores that they own across several Midwestern states that they use as inventory, Buzz. It's the only explanation for the constant flow of fine old pocket knives.
Fine one, Gev. Are you on the @SteveC andkai76 Fine Old Knife Bandwagon, too?

Yep, it is open. It is a knife pick. I use them to open stubborn pistachios. Credit to @r8shell for the idea. https://www.bladeforums.com/threads/blade-opener-or-knife-opener.1582483/page-3#post-18076739I’m pretty sure it already is “open.”![]()

Karambits are traditional... Maybe not in the USA...Thank you. Not too big. I seem to be on a pruner kick. Love the Italian flair on this one. Pruners also keep me close to Karambits, but that’s a different forum.![]()
Very true. If I could show my Karambit collection here in Traditionals, you would see a different side.Karambits are traditional... Maybe not in the USA...
Today it will be this nice custom friction folder with a Gigi Sechi (Sardegna, Italy) blade and an handle by Stephane Thomachot ( France )
