What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

Heading out shortly for a week in the mountains, carrying a few Buck and Case pocketknives and will also have my truck knives - to be sure enough knives to handle whatever will present itself! I hope to catch some trout, hike to a waterfall or two, and enjoy cooking out, evening fires, and visits from our older children and their spouses.
That sounds wonderful. Hope you have a great time. :cool::thumbsup:

To Infinity and Beyond. :cool::thumbsup:

This one from 1979 has the strongest secondaries of any stockman I’ve ever handled. It makes me put away my 66’s.

I know what you mean.
The weak pulls on the #66 Stockman made me sell them all.
Your Case is a wonderful example of how well they used to build knives.

Sowbelly Stockman of the Week is this Rough Rider that was my first sowbelly, and apparently all it took to get me addicted:

Regular Stockman of the Week is a Ganzo that looks amazingly like a Buck 303 (thanks, Dave):

Econo-canoe of the Week is a Rough Rider Masonic canoe:

Premium Canoe of the Week is a Case amber jigged bone CV model with the iconic blade etch:

A good group of Canoe and stockman knives, Gary! When I think of a Canoe, I picture Case's Amber bone with that etch. :thumbsup::)

Have a good trip, Bruce. Your selection of knives should be more than sufficient. Your Buck 303 Cadet looks good for being 30 years old. :thumbsup:
