What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

First bit of use my 23 has seen. That beef liver wasn’t going to cut itself! ;)

They go together well Rachel :)
Thank you, Jack.
Here's another picture I took this morning:

That is Uncle Sam cereal; been around since 1908. Whole wheat kernels and flaxseed. The knife is a Thiers from the maker Chambriard in Thiers, France, with a juniper handle. I removed the knife from the bowl before I poured the milk in. :p
I thought I recognized the Uncle Sam cereal. (the flax seeds are a giveaway) ;) One of the very few cereals I can find without added sugar.

Now that's a great way to end a hike, "indulgent chocolate" stout; classic!:thumbsup::thumbsup:
I hope not my friend! I have to say, I've cut myself far more photographing knives, than I ever have using them  Thank you very much, I'll be posting some pics in the Guardians thread later
That's exactly when I get "blade bit" the most, trying to get these snappy little fellas to hold still!:thumbsup::thumbsup:
I always enjoy seeing these two beauties, both superb  Love the French Ivory and triangular shield on the Remington
Many thanks to you Jack!!!
Hope everyone is having a great weekend :)

Wonderful shot of the covers on your Waynorth; they really have that old Robeson "strawberry" look!:D:thumbsup::thumbsup:
We're supposed to have some storms and rain here today so I'm planning on spend a relaxing Sunday with these two close at hand. Y'all stay safe out there my friends! I'm recycling my photo this morning, but it's early and my coffee is getting cold! ;) Have a blessed day! :)

And it’s absolutely awesome!
Thank you very kindly @CHNeal!!!
Thank you JJ. Brimming with vintage cool. Love that French Ivory, too. The knives image really makes the pair pop.
Thank you very much, Harvey!!!

Some very classic "all weather" cutlery for a great outdoor meal, but your Heritage jack is certainly the Uber Tasty Dessert; those covers are spectacular!:D:thumbsup::thumbsup:

Looking good Rachel :)

View attachment 1377120One of my hens hatched out this lil thing today. She is sitting on 3 more eggs. I have another hen on 2 eggs as well! This one is healthy running in the brooder box waiting for friends. Just to hard for these lil chicks to get up in the laying boxes. Fingers crossed for NO roosters!

I harvested my hops today and had this in my pocket.

Thanks JJ, I treated myself to the Imperial version of the same beer later ;)

Photographing knives is certainly a labour of love my friend  :D

Many thanks for the kind words :)

Starting the week organizing audio cables and figured these 2 would be very handy; a 1920-30s Robeson electrician and this new 62. :)

Those two like they'll come in very useful JJ :) I've got some fixin' needs doing myself, but it'll have to wait for another day

Morning folks, hope everyone had a great weekend :) I'm still honeymoonin' with my Bradford Guardian, but I've also got my Hartshead Barlow in my pocket ;)
