What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

Trying to catch up on a few threads here this morning. Been up since 3 and my anticipation is rising, my wife and I will most likely have a super bowl baby :). I know there’s a few Bucs fans in here, but go Chiefs!
That’s fantastic! Congratulations! Hope everything goes well!
My son was born a few months after the Bucs won their first Super Bowl. We were talking about that the other day and he said, “Man, that was a really good year for you.” And I said “Yes it was!”

Thanks Jack. The second hole is just a hollow pin to help keep it together. Two layers, mahogany backed with phenolic (micarta).

Nice photo of your Charlie Lambsfoot, and glad the weather's improving ;)

Thanks for the info Mike, it looks good :) The brother of a friend of mine is in demolition, and recently got hold of tons of old mahogany. My mate built a 'fence' out bricks of it, which is about 2 feet thick! :D

Thank you my friend, it was pretty rotten here yesterday, I got soaked! o_O

So many noteworthy posts this morning...
I'm glad you posted the "car on ice" again this year.:thumbsup:

I'm honored to have my slip pictured next to Sun's. :)

Spectacular looking bone on that one, GT.:thumbsup:

I'm jealous at how well your Forum TC is aging. Hope mine looks as grand some day.:thumbsup:

Really nice coloring on that red bone, Jose.:thumbsup:

Early congrats to you and your wife.:thumbsup:
I'm trying to place a model number on your knife, and handle material, is that Osage?

Beautiful Charlie Lamb, and I really like the compass necklace.:thumbsup::thumbsup::thumbsup:

That broken glass is really special.:thumbsup:
Glad you're back to your mojo knives, Go Bucks.

Great size comparison, Rachel. :cool::thumbsup:

I think that's one of my favorites that you post. Just beautiful.:thumbsup:

Thank you! Best of luck to your Bucs! I’m a Husker fan first and would be very happy for the alumni that pepper your D! Lavonte David played when I was in Lincoln and is one of my favorite players!

Thanks John! You’re correct, it’s an Osage 81 Abilene. A beautiful cattle knife you have today, always enjoy seeing that one!

Congrats/good luck! I hope everything goes well!

Appreciate it guys, I’ll pass it on to my wife! She’s a strong woman, but is quite nervous!

It’s not exactly the most exciting time to have to spend time in a hospital, is it? (That’s assuming, of course, she’ll be having the baby at a hospital.) My wife gave birth to our second back in May. It was eerily quiet at the hospital, a very strange experience.

Thanks, John. I’ve used it in the kitchen a couple times. The bit of patina on the bolster was from some Henderson’s Relish I got on my finger. :D

Looking forward to some good football and funny commercials...

Quite a pair there!
