What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

Another very cool trout knife. 🤠 :thumbsup:

I ought to do the same. I have some bushes on the front walk that are encroaching.
According to my very fallible weather app, we got .5” of rain. Just enough to soften the ground, green up the grass, and preclude having to drag hoses around. ‘Ol Staggy Hawk’s looking fine!

No fake pefectly uniform forced patina here.:thumbsup:
Not that there’s anything wrong with that...

Very nice, CM!

@Catdaddy2 ~
I’m sticking by my previous assessment. You did a great job with this one.
Hi, Thanks
Have a good day

Not gonna pretend I'm carrying these today. I think my trousers would fall down under the weight if I attempted it. But they are out. Recent acquisitions with lovely stag handles. Both main blades have had to be re-profiled due to damage but they're still good and functional with excellent snap. The mariners knife is by Joseph Allen & son and the other is Taylor Eye Witness, both of Sheffield.

I'm giving this single blade Sowbelly a go today on my adventure to town. Change of plans in my Thursday routine. No Post Office run and no Wagon Wheel Cafe and their Chicken Fried Steak. Instead, it'll be the Brass Rail and their French Dip and then the usual grocery store run at the Holiday Market and the Four Corners Market.
