What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

Less than ideal IMHO!
ER seemed to be stretched pretty thin, poor things. They didn't have much patience for my merry banter. That never happens.
The rest of the shots are at the infusion center. I'm not sure what goes on there in general, but I think I'll be the least suffering patient there.

Thanks for the interesting info about the Black Angus sodbuster, Jack.:cool:
Phenomenal pair of knives for you; I always enjoy your Jack/Charlie pairings!:thumbsup::cool:

Glad it's all gone OK Jer, and that those shots aren't like they used to be :) So....can we still call you 'Mad Dog'?! ;) :D

Cool photo!:thumbsup::thumbsup: Vic Explorer? Is that a lanyard clipped to the SAK connecting you to the knife?
This one is an Outdoorsman from the Marlboro series. No clue if they ever made it without the Marlboro scales. Yesterday I swapped out the scales for some green Micarta ones I had lying around. Add another layer to the Explorer with a fish scaler and saw, and a small flathead screwdriver/chisel on the backside and you end up with this. The lanyard is a short one so it wasn’t connected to me at the time.

Those AG Russell spearpoint lockback Barlows are pretty sweet, Mike!:cool::cool: I think they're discontinued now

Thank you GT. They don't list the natural bone anymore and list the black delrin as discontinued, so I think you're right. They still have some brown jigged bone in stock. I liked the white bone enough that I also bought one of the brown ones. Both of mine are seconds which made them a good buy. Very well built knives. I really like the blade shape.

Have a safe and enjoyable vacation, Bruce; mighty fine collection of knives you're taking with you!:thumbsup::cool:
Thanks Greg! So far so good, yesterday we went to the Rainforest Zoo, rode around the mountains and visited two covered bridges, ate late lunch/early dinner at the Old Mill in Pigeon Forge, and finally attended a Country Music show last night. Going to Dollywood today, riding around in the mountains tomorrow (before the rain reaches us) and going to a Motown music show tomorrow night. One day I will take a vacation where you just sit and sip coffee in the morning and beer at night - but not this time! The 6318 has been my only carry so far. OH

Looks pretty weak for coffee. Are you sure it’s not tea?😧
Boys? Those are clearly men, can’t you see they have mustaches?! 😉😁

Never was a Boy Scout myself. Instead, we had R.A.’s, which was sort of like the Southern Baptist version of Boy Scouts. I’ve probably had this knife longer than any other. Always makes me think of my dad.

You noticed that, eh? My Dad~a born rebel and prankster.
Your big stag clip point looks fantastic by the stony squirrel, Jeff!:cool::cool:

Maybe not entirely innocent, but it's complicated. She usually has a list of 4-6 quilt/knitting/fabric stores she wants to visit on the trip out or the trip home. But we started so late on the first day that all but one of her shops were already closed by the time we got to them, and many weren't open yet when we passed them on our race home (still managed to stop at one quilt store on the way home, though).

I’m glad you like my Sodbuster!
Probably wise to prioritize those stops...

😆They have a slick little vacuum device that just sucks the money right out of your pocket. Bet you’ll need a vacation when you get home!

88F90425-9210-43A0-8F4C-F182BC350554.jpegSwiss Army Knives are fun, but with so many choices, where do you stop? You can carry a big one that has everything, but when the day’s over, and you take it out of your pocket, how many things did you use?
Or, you can go minimalist, but there’s always that thought that you might have been able to use that one thingamajig that you left behind!
This is the Wenger Backpacker II. The BP I had scissors, but they swapped those for a saw on the second version.
I do like the little clip blade...B21EE9B3-B935-42D9-AF00-6409939C03F9.jpeg
