What would you like to see from CS in 2017?

Yes I would be all over that, no crazy over aggressive g10 though.
YES to a CS version of the Demko AD-11

And more thumbplates like on the Talwar and AK, and deep carry clips at least for the minis. I want less sticking out of my pocket for office carry.

A high-end Finn Wolf (as an option to the base model): G10 and San Mai, nail-nick instead of thumb-studs.

+1 on this, also a mini Broken Skull - with ~8 inch overall
Maybe i'm crazy, but i've seen Demko made Tanto AD10 on his instagram, so maybe a Tanto American Lawman? More variety is good for me.

Other than that, i got a wishlist:
- Code 4 in G-10
- Manual Swift
- Larger Tuff Lite or same size with G-10
- Smaller karambit the size of fox 599
- Some wharncliffe blades - maybe a folding boar hunter?
- G-10 Rajah 3 with XHP
- G-10 Prolite with XHP
- Smaller more EDC friendly Black Talon II, like the Spyderco matriarch

+1 cannot say better !

A mini Code 4 would be very good. I have the Code 4 and it is a very nice knife but I think a mini Code 4 would be excellent.

Why this? I mean, I can see wanting both a thumb-stud and nail nick version like they did with the Lone Star and Mackinac, but not nail nick only.

Ok, perhaps both; but I find the thumb-studs just get in the way sharpening smaller blades. If I had to choose, I'd go with nail-nick. I've got loads of knives with studs. On some, they're great..on others they're just following fashion.

I still carry a Land Sea Rescue. It would be ideal if it could return with a window breaker. My all time favorite CS is the Bush Ranger. Its blade and handle have an uncommonly fine balance and size. Bringing it back with upgraded steel should be a winner.

Hi CS Fans,
I have been thinking about this and now that they make war clubs and staves, could be get some traditional Maori Weaponry such as a Patu (short sharp edged club) and a Taiaha (bladed fighting staff). There are several South Pacific Island Indigenous club styles. These would be great. Much better than a cricket bat or baseball bat.
Any Opinions ?????

Great ideas! Yeah ,the new cricket bat is pretty ludicrous.

Since you mentioned the Land Sea Rescue, I'll float this idea. With the move to BD1 and XHP, the prices have gone up on Cold Steel's core lineup. What about bringing back some old favorites like the Land Sea Rescue or original Voyagers in German 4116 steel as a lower priced option.

Simple for me, NON black blade options.

Recon 1 spear point satin/stonewash, same with the lawman, another code 4 style knife with a textured handle of sorts. Just please stop making so many great looking knives with black DLC only, it offers so little to the knife but takes away so much for me personally.
