Could you please show those sheats a bit better, I realy like the looks of the style of sheats you make.
And if you care to tell a bit about how you make them, that would be more then welcome :)

Hengelo, I don't make these style of sheats, a local leathersmith makes them for me.

My second Craftsman 1940's era drill press with Vari-Slo attachment. Love this thing. :)

Oooooh, I like that one, Rick! Kind of feel like I'd rather have the wrap at the front and the wood at the back, but that might just be me.

I have done that many times. I kinda prefer the wrap at the back as sort of a hand stop.

Yesterday I made this video of the hardening session (of the knives I shown the other day) for my local customers/followers, added english subs for you guys :)

I tried the red paint on machinery, I didn't enjoy working in the shop. I don't know if colors have anything to do with mood, but I switched to Aspen Green on the machines I rebuilt (rebuilding) and its easier on the eyes I think.

Yep, I get your point. I can't stand machine grey. I considered green, but couldn't find one I liked. I really enjoy the yellow press I have. Maybe because my shop is so dark and cave like. It brightens it up a bit. I wasn't thrilled with the red, but couldn't find anything else I liked more.
I need to find a better supply than Lowes maybe.

I use the "Dupli-color Engine Enamel" that comes in Aspen Green, They also call it Detroit Diesel Green. They have several colors available, I will probably keep using it.

Another low layer count damascus, this one with Olive Wood, this is the jig I use for hidden tang knives.
