Hey Nick,

Nice knife and sheath. Your knives are such great work I don't always realize how nice your sheaths are as well.

Since I didn't post much when you were more active here and I don't have instagram yet just wanted to say thanks... For causing me to spend my retirement on knife tools lol. In all seriousness thanks for the videos and tutorials you've contributed to the knifemaking world. They are invaluable and probably referred to more than you realize!

Nick, welcome back! I really dig your work! Thanks for sharing all your secrets with us noobs!
Awesome leather work. Do you stitch by hand or so you have a sewing machine for that?

Very interesting looking wood on that one Nick. Also that sheath makes me remember I want to try that "quilted" look with the flat and round dot stamps on my next one. Has an elegant look to it.

It wasn't pain free, original shape was wider, but when I started sanding forging overheating cracks appeared. Luckily these dissapeared after reshaping and no new ones appeared during hardening at 1100C (2012F)

Small paring knife .062" O1 belt finish, black G10, red linen micarta, and SS pins. Sorry about pic quality but I had to take it to my mom as soon as I was finished with it. It was a gift for her.
