That belt was 40 grit maybe 2 years agoMe to .............
I don t trust epoxy on metal , pins are peened ...........I have to work on handle and guard to finish it but it is almost finished .Strong tip and spine with thin edge would work , I think ...........finish on bevels is 40 grit
That little black around big pin is glue , not burned ..I cut pins with handsaw

A new design patterned after a cheap kitchen knife I like the feel off.
