just don't squeeze too tight....   o_O :p ;) 😂 (i crack myself up sometimes.....)
Me to .............
I don t trust epoxy on metal , pins are peened ...........I have to work on handle and guard to finish it but it is almost finished .Strong tip and spine with thin edge would work , I think ...........finish on bevels is 40 grit
That little black around big pin is glue , not burned ..I cut pins with handsaw

That belt was 40 grit maybe 2 years ago 😂
Nice knife!

thought it was a while since i had shared something
a chefs knife from 26c3, with handle and matching saya made from mystery eucalypt (probably blackbutt) and black micarta. the board was too thin to make it with a typical technique, so i did a frame handle using the micarta. The wood has a gum line in it, which i cleaned out and filled with bronze powder and superglue (i think this will hold up, but part of this is testing that)

Got another ready for heat treat, 9 1/2" oal, 5 1/4" blade, 5/32", D2, flat grind.
A new design patterned after a cheap kitchen knife I like the feel of.
Kind of a bird and trout/mini fighter combo

Not my shop, not even technically my friends shop, but he subs some space in there.

But this right here is the dream machine. A Nazel 3B (300#) made in Philadelphia at the turn of the last century - it was supposedly resurrected from a locomotive factory.

Growing up along Philadelphia's "Main Line" - I feel a personal connection to this hammer, and I'm lucky to have used it once or twice. (even if Im all the way out in CA)

H HSC /// You can see half the sawyer anvil I was talking about right behind me in the first pic - (i know you got another one)
