More people should follow Blues Blues lead and schedule their grocery shopping for Fri 2:30P.M. EST 😅
I have simpler needs than most...(at this stage of my journey through knifedom.)

And I've been through the accumulation wars for a few decades, have the scars and the invoices to prove it.

I'm in a comfortable place for the most part, vis-a-vis my knife collection.

I do have a shiv to look forward to, and hope to see the folder release.

Is that Broccoli roasted in the oven?
Yes. I roast it in the oven. Can't seem to make enough of it as we always run out at dinner.

Cut the crowns off the Broccoli and toss it in some melted butter. Put it on a baking sheet and roast at 350 until it browns and gets crispy. Pull it from the oven and add some celery salt or other salt.
 
The wife wanted cast-iron ribeye with fries tonight. Ran the skillet in the gas grill with avocado oil, garlic cloves, thyme, rosemary, and finished with salted butter.

Soaked the fries in Johnny’s and rested the steak in the fridge for a few hours. Enjoyed a fresh pot of coffee while the fries cooked.
 
Tried a new BBQ place and it was awesome.

Smoked chicken, jalapeno sausage, brisket and CRISPY PORK BELLY!!! The pork belly was incredible. I'm going to make sure I smoke one the next time.
