Must be something in the water as I too had the itch for jambalaya today. Yours looks 100% better because you included shrimp (my wife doesn't like them, so no go in mine). Well done!

After getting the stomach flu or something else since the Sunday before Thanksgiving, I only have now gotten my appetite back, but more importantly, I can actually taste food again too, and it’s ALL delicious!!

EDC used to cut the tomato for a midnight snack.
