Or just sitting in the garage making vroom vroom noises.I think we just need to see more videos and pictures of these knives actually being used. It’s very important to actually use these things. !!That’s 50% of the appreciation.
I ran some numbers and it appears if you do not at least use/beat 10% of your owned Busse knives you are depriving yourself a 2:5 ratio of happiness.
That’s equivalent to driving a car with one partially flat tire and one missing wheel.
That's why you got a knife from me. I couldn't bring myself to use itI think we just need to see more videos and pictures of these knives actually being used. It’s very important to actually use these things. !!That’s 50% of the appreciation.

They were just discussing this on youtube.. yeah definitely something fat, low saber. Seeing that there are no rules. The only blade that survived so far was a extremely over built monster. 1085 @ 57hrc. So that much thick steel ran slightly softer can take the shock. INFI is 3 or 4 times tougher so it should survive.Fat ash and a off duty
I doubt Infi has even double the toughness of well Heat treated 1084 steel…They were just discussing this on youtube.. yeah definitely something fat, low saber. Seeing that there are no rules. Well, now I'm really looking forward to this test. Hopefully the boss man gets some infi to this guy right after we get the busse folder.I doubt Infi has even double the toughness of well Heat treated 1084 steel…
The test will be awesome!
Machetes are soft... any soft metal is tough.I think the “secret” to survive JoeX tests is a thick, wide, not very long saber grind knife and made of Infi or probably SR77. On the opposite side, there’s the machetes… but that is a conversation for another forum group.
Thats exactly what i was thinking.. thick, not too long and wide. I'd be absolutely shocked if it didnt survive. And then Jerry can put them into production and make bank on "the knife that survived" Joe-X.The WartrainFusion in 0.34” thick Infi.
Wont make itKeep it simple with a mega ratweiler maybe. There's tons around too
No way, I mean, you’re right. SR101 its probably a great steel, but has too much carbon to be repeatedly abused against “El Brico” and a steel pole.Wont make it
Busse WTF would survive every test. The problem would be the shotgun. Look at the WTG Ares. It broke into pieces after being shot with that gun. Too much energy to dissipate. If Busse survives that, it will be epic!Thats exactly what i was thinking.. thick, not too long and wide. I'd be absolutely shocked if it didnt survive.
