While there is no 'smoking gun'.....yet. I think what happened here
is getting fairly obvious.
It's really sad to see. I read too many threads like this.
People in the knife world are some of the best people on this planet.
This kinda thing always reminds me, that even among such good people,
there are always (insert words here).

Believe me i would love to hear this guy continue to get flamed here but he just emailed me and said everything is taken care of on his end but also said he tried to call me and i got no call but i left him my number AGAIN and he said
he would call me in the morning.
According to his friend he should call and give me a confirmation number for western union that i can use to get my funds back, but like i said he told me he tried calling me twice and my phone never rang,
And he had no issues calling me earlier.

I suggest you change the Exchange rules.
PayPal ONLY (PayPal does an excellent job at buyer protection)

I think it would go a long way at eliminating many of these issues.
Most of them occur when other payment types are used, or when the
'friend' option is requested by the seller.
Nothing will stop well thought out scams, but that will help.
There whole threads upon threads regarding that brother! Welcome to BF haha we have really awesome members here but you will find this once in a while. Just educate yourself and cover your ass!! You will enjoy it here outside of stuff like this!
That goes for buyers and sellers Pellel2. If a seller insists upon being paid via PayPal gift or having some absurd arbitrary percentage added to the total cost, move on. If they have no feedback and ask you to mail a money order to a PO Box, be wary. If you're a seller and somebody gives you a shipping address in the slums of Detroit, pay for signature confirmation no matter what the buyer says. If they ask you to ship to an address several states away from their PayPal confirmed address, be wary. Obviously these don't cover every scenario, but to make a long story short: CYA!
Edited: Might I add....never ship anything too expensive to replace or refund out of pocket without tracking and insurance.

My brother asked to use my account and I let him. He is an addict and was supposedly sober 6 months my problem is I believed him. I broke forum rules by letting him use my account and I will take the ban if that's is what is given to me. You guys will see in the morning I am making this right and taking the loss for my brother. I apologize to everyone on here and will update tmrw when I can give good news and hopefully you guys can understand.
I think refunding the money is a mute point to anyone on this forum beside
