This thread reminds me that the old Sodbuster needs pocket time.

I NEED to pick up a yella peanut. Jackknifes tales have made me question the lack of legumes in my rotation. As soon as my account recovers from my first GEC purchase I will find one

My three yeller knives in my humble case collection. I also like the brown delrin case does. My peanut is the brown delrin. It and my yeller 18 stockman are getting a lot of pocket time the last couple months.

I like them yella' knives.

Yella' celluloid is the most dangerous but most vibrant of the yella' knives.



Delrin is much more trustworthy but sacrifices the pop when compared to cell.

black mamba how funny, I happened to have this in my pocket today! My normal rotation is one of Churchill, JB Lambfoot, or Alox electrician. I took it that I should post the humble Case sodbuster...

I have a couple of yellow delrin Case trappers at home, and then this new Laguiole in yellow micarta.... sort of weird reflections on the blade, though...

Obviously, I need to obtain a few more yellow handled knives.

Does anyone recall what knife brand was known for yellow handles back before say 1970? In the sense that if you saw a yellow handled knife you would think "OH! That's a ____!"
(just as a red handled pocket knife today makes one think "SAK" or "Victorinox")

Yellow was common to a lot of brands.
