You could only carry one knife for a year.....

This, but ask me again in a few months when I've had more time with the PM2:

I'd have to say my Para 2. Although I do have a ZT 0350(my first ZT) coming this week from a trade and it may bump the Para 2 out of my pocket. :D

I can barely make it though one day with the same knife. A whole year? No thanks. :)

Socom double action
Mine is a beast, too bad MT doesn't make a mini socom D/A
Just like Microtech, simple yet so futurefocused
I'm sticking with D/A'S for the simple reason: action1: (auto) useful for most situations where there aren't any people who get "aah dat nyfe ish skareee"
Action2:(manual deployment) useful for opposite of #1 scenario

I have been carrying one of my ultra-lite back pocket knives for 6 months or so and really like it. It is big enough for just about everything I need a knife for and still carries easy. I think that I could make it from now on with just that one knife but I am sure that it will be replaced at some time.

I would carry my chokwe. It does everything i need it to do and then some.

+1

this knife is fugly - until you have it in hand - and then you experience a utilitarian ergonomic experience - it is a wonderful knife for many tasks; i was quite surprised, and now it is my EDC

I don't think I can choose just one. I like a little variety. Normally I have more than one knife, pairing up a one handed opener with a slip joint or Sak.
And depending on what I'm doing I may choose a different knife. Working in the yard may require one, while fishing may need another.
Besides what would I do with my other ones when they get jealous :D

Probably my BM710

Definitely my BM710. My original 710 in ATS-34 was my go-to knife for about six years. I didn't even own anything else besides kitchen knives. Now I have more knives than I need and I've gone full circle. At least the one I have now is M390 steel!

I would have to carry my Alan Davis custom that he made just for MEEEEE! It is a nice size knife that is very lite weight with S35VN steel! THANKS! Kevin :D:D:thumbup:

I need to alternate two. A case stockman for everyday office carry. A case or GEC trapper for weekends. If I had to choose only one then I suddenly get concerned about being under knifed and end up carrying my GEC #23 Pioneer.

probably my large BM Presidio. and, if this question included "if you could carry one knife for a year and your laws where different" It would be my Microtech UTX 85. gotta have a d/a to play with when im sitting around bored! :D click click click

That's easy! My BM Mini-grip.

Or, my Stubby Razel.

Or, my M1.

Or, my Dogfish.

Or, my... wait. What was the question?
