You could only carry one knife for a year.....

Does it have to be a knife I own now, or is this a "sky's the limit" kind of thing.

Cause if it's anything goes, then a Direware Solo IV.

Which, by the way, returns no results on Ebay.

I did last year with the large sebenza 21 and I'm 5 months into another year with the umnumzaan.
One year with a single folder...No problem. ;)

Aw, c'mon, play along! If you just had to.

Yes, of course. I shouldn't be a stick in the mud.

If its one knife for one year, it has to be thin and light enough not to be a burden in my pocket. Not know its there until I need it kind of thing. Small enough to be quick and nimble for EDC utility. But big enough to handle 99% of what I might encounter. While there are many worthy candidates, I keep thinking that an Endura 4 FFG would fit the bill. So I'll go with that.

Dang it, the Endura! Now I kinda wanna change my vote. Hm...

From my collection now, it would be Benchmade 760.

ESEE Junglas. Lol JK I would carry my Benchmade 940 because it's just so darn fun to play with when I'm not using it.

I carried this old school Delica for at least two years as my only knife. It did anything that I needed it to do and I never felt under-knifed.

If a multitool doesn't count as a knife, I'll say Vic Spirit X paired up with my Mini Grip.

If a multitool does count as a knife, I guess the Spirit X would go solo.

Just one? That would be hard but if I had to I would go with my CF para2 in S90V. A close second would be my Caly3.5 in Super Blue.

Only one? Victorinox Tinker hands down. I carry one everywhere and everyday. If that doesn't count against my one knife quota (since it's really a multi-tool ) then a FFG Endura. The FFG Endura4 can be carried in or on any of my pockets, and strikes a good balance between size and weight. I feel quite confident in the lock and its a wicked slicer. The price point is just low enough that you wouldnt be heart broken if you lost it.....at least not after you bought another one.
