Your newest addition:traditionals of course!

Nice handle covers! I have a Guardian 3 sheepsfoot in 3V and a spearpoint in Magnacut to cover all the bases. I like that they're smaller than my 3V and Magnacut DEK1s just in case those are too big.
Thanks Doc. I immediately questioned the wisdom of ordering CF and a more or less blacked out version, considering it will make a great camp knife. I'll tie something bright to the end so it's easier to see. I'm happy with it.

I do sometimes carry small fixed blades (including to work). I considered the Guardian 3 and watched some videos. They seem excellent. Only reason I did not get one would be that it's a size I already have more than covered.

It was the opposite for me - at the time that I got my Guardians I didn't have many pocket sized bushcrafting knives smaller than 4.5" to 5" (My small David Mary knives were more mild EDC stuff back then).

Due to the graciousness of a fellow porchster (who shall remain anonymous) I finally got my grail blue rope lambsfoot. In the pocket it goes!

Congratulations Jeff!

Never mind. The person whom lost it asked the staffette about it, so I sent it home ... With a warning: "Be careful, its sharp now."

I also got rid of the active rust for him. 😁👍

Oh well. such is "life".
Glad he got it back.

Tri again. Ole boy decided he not need it no more (and he might cut hisself) so he gave it to me.
Colonial. Solid Bolster Stockman.
Patent number 3317996 on the Spey blade tang.
Spey and sheeps foot may have originally chisel ground. (not anymore before I sharpened it.)
sorry had to delete the attachments to get under the limits.

Just received this Parker Little Bandit clasp knife that I won on that auction site. As I was the only bidder I was nervous that I picked a lemon, but all seems fine. After checking the edge it appears unused and all the other mechanicals are good so I feel I’ve got one of Jim Parker’s better pieces. A steal of steel.D464C1D7-3346-46F9-90DA-A4F24AE5AC57.jpeg

Very nice, Jeff. I was lucky to get one from a friend at his cost as well. What a wonderful knife. Happy for you my friend.

Medium Jack in orange synthetic, Texas Jack in CS and jigged amber bone. Both are good F&F other than very toothy edges and the jigged bone is catching material and one spots catches skin. Will be working those things over the next few days. Patriot Kirinite Medium Jack is still on preorder.
