Love the subdued green and gold ones! How many different colors of those do you have?

In Farmers, blue, red, copper, olive green, dark green, Apocalypse Green and orange. In other 93mm ALOX, add gold, silver and black

You've got quite a range of colors - some I've never seen before. I've got red, orange, silver, blue and black cadets.

Nice Dave, your first 66? It's a great pattern.

Here's a Father's day gift from my Daughter and Son-in-law.

And a gift to myself I just couldn't pass up!

Great buy and gift Mark. Saw that one up on the threads a bit ago and saw you got it. Amazingggggg :D :D

This just got unwrapped.

A simple, very well made Barlow in carbon from Queen. Tough but not crude, I can find no issues with it and at under 40 USD it keeps the Barlow as a workingman's staple! Strongly recommended.

Good looking Queen Will, definitely looks tough/ if you wanted to, you could finish off the protruding rivets and spruce it up just as well.

I got this on Saturday, a carbon No.7 to match my Inox one. Immediately put it on the water stones to sharpen out the 'teeth' left by Opinel at the heel of the blade and immediately put it to work at the kitchen and whittling a piece of Cherry. Love Opinels.

Thanks Tim, I don't think you can finish off those pivots or the knife would fall apart:eek::D:D They're nicely domed and not rough in any way.

Always worth getting an Opinel, so durable and a joy to use.

Regards, Will

Been Eyeing these myself.... have a couple of Queens and sometimes think they are too good to use .... even this one is a real looker - think you may have just tipped me over the line.

Anytime Will, aha ok scratch my suggestion then. I have domed pivots on my resolza pattada from Italy as well and for as thin as it is, it's rock solid in every which way in the pivot.

Definitely so! I forgot with all the GEC's I have now how much I enjoy good affordable buys/how much knife you can get for your money.

Will, that is definitely getting your money's worth with that Queen Barlow! I've looked at those, but it really pops in your "just out of the box" photo.
