Your newest addition:traditionals of course!

One week after buying one in cocobolo, I Snagged this bad boy up. I hope I don't regret passing on the denim micarta.

Nice Teardrops those, Queen could develop that pattern a bit more I feel: more shields, different blades and more scale choice, I'm sure people would lap them up.

This is my newest, grainy eh?

I think I described my 2015BFknife as better looking than a Bengal tiger who's just come back from the hairdressers with a full makeover.
But yours is its sexy girlfriend that just got a job as a supermodel.Gorgeous!:D

Case Black Cherry Russlock just turned up.
I was hankering after these since I saw them last year-took a while before they actually became available.
As for the colour -I'm digging it but whoever named it "black cherry" might have been having an acid flashback.:o
It not red nor cherry coloured. Maybe its me. I even went out and bought some fresh cherries to check.
Not to worry- its great looking Winterbottom bone.
cheers.

There is a slight cherry glow about it, but due to the handle and name they were obviously talking about black cherries. Love Russlocks, got two myself, a very unique pattern.

Could be a Bull's Eye GT or a Vortex! Don't stare too closely.....:eek::D
Hope it's not a Polar Vortex, Will!!:D

Well those are all very desirable knives on your list, Jeff, and I can see how you'd have a difficult time choosing one or two, so I guess just getting all of them is a strategy! :D:D Congrats on a major-league buying spree!

A Boker large stockman that arrived yesterday (only my second American Boker ), along with my trusty Cornwall.

...

Also newly-arrived, a Schrade medium serpentine stockman.

...
Congrats, TB! Both of those knives look excellent! I'm especially attracted to the round, threaded bolsters and gorgeous jigging on the Boker and to the sensuous curves and regular jigging of the Schrade!

Hey guys! My 2015 bladeforums knife came a little late because my wife bought it for me as a birthday gift and had it delivered to her work...and she went on holidays before it was delivered. The other thread I. Shipments was closed but I just wanted to say how much I love this knife. Its perfect for me(for now of course) and hasn't left my pocket. Hope everyone who had anything to do with it reads this and understands how grateful I am. It hasn't left my pocket and does just fine in -35 up north here. That's my newest traditional and unfortunately my knife purchases are too far in between but this one will keep me happy for a long time.

You are not wrong meako, it's Hot alright:cool::D

That's some excellent WB bone on that CASE of yours, are there other patterns in it as it looks fantastic. Odd naming for sure;)

Thanks, Will

I picked up the navy knife. Its my first 15 pattern. I was worried the 15 would be too small but I liked the history behind this particular knife so much that I bought one anyway. It is the smallest knife in my collection. However after using it all day both the blade and size are very useable. The jigging is also some of the best I habe seen from gec in 2015. dont think I will go smaller than the 15 pattern though.

If I had the money I would purchase a natural micarta to go with my sawcut. Once the blade patinas and the micarta darkens alittle from your hands that knife will look sweet.

After many months of hoping and looking, I finally got my grail knife. A first-run TC Barlow.

Just got this Queen City #41 in Rosewood. The rosewood has beautiful depth to the wood grain and it shimmers in the right light. The F&F is excellent and the blade is nicely centered. Blade pull is a subjective 7 - firmer than most of my other knives but not a nail-breaker. It is a solid knife with some heft and is slightly larger than what I normally carry. Not a fan of the blade etch,

but that will be gone before long.
