Your newest addition:traditionals of course!

this came in today, not too impressed. the dye started bleeding on to a tissue when I was wiping off the oil

Amber Bone Mini Trapper Cap Lifter showed up today. The Amber Bone is a bit darker on this one than my other Mini Trapper, which makes me very excited about my dark red dye that I plan. Good pull / snap and half stops on both the blade and cap lifter. Almost perfectly centered. I'm happy with this one.

That Britton is a great looking knife. Congratulations to you and Tim.

I picked up this GEC bullet end jack off of a very popular international online auction website used for what I considered a screaming good deal, worth the argument with SWMBO. I just happened to catch the listing right after it was posted, I feel pretty confident it would've been snatched up otherwise. Here she is after I cleaned her up and polished off the patina and freckling to the greatest extent that I could. Couldn't resist the fatty natural stag, it just seemed to fit the handle shape perfectly.

Nice! I don't usually like "fat stag", but that's so well matched, and you're right, it does look perfectly suited to the handle shape. I imagine it's very comfortable to hold and use.

Yeah, I'm smitten with it. I don't typically target fat stag either, but the stag is really impressive in person.

The downside is it's juuuust too fat to fit in the storage compartment of my custom wooden collection box.
