Your newest addition:traditionals of course!

this came in today, not too impressed. the dye started bleeding on to a tissue when I was wiping off the oil

Every time I see a swing guard I start thinking of a certain ZZ Top song, pool games, whiskey and bar rooms.
"Ain't good for nothing, 'cept put a man six feet in a hole..."

Alright Doc, I gotta ask, ain't that Lynyrd Skynyrd, Saturday Night Special? But I do get your point;)

You know something? Ken K is very Kool:thumbup::thumbup:

I enquired after the availability of his Ebony Talon Spear, something I've been after for a longtime. I received it today (after Customs holding it for 10 days nurrrrhhh) together with some other nice items.

Thank you so much Ken, I just hope what I'm sending you in return will come close to matching my joy.:)

All the best,

Will

Flea market find. Had a broken clip blade, so I modified it to a sheepcliff type blade.
Stamp marked Solingen Germany with a Palm print above it. Nice jigged bone handles.

Rough Rider Sowbelly with bone covers, modified the sheepsfoot kick so it now is even with the main clip's spine, more comfortable carry for me at least;

G2, very nice and proof that one doesn't need to spend a weeks pay in order to get pleasure from a pocket knife.

Thanks Bob and that's very true, not saying each one you get will be a gem, but there are gems to be had, for not a lot of coin... ;)

I just ordered the pink version of that RR Sowbelly myself. I figured if it was pink I'd stand less chance of one of my co-workers walking off with it.;)

Brett, very, very NICE. As a kid I was mesmerized when gas was floating on the water.

Those GORGEOUS covers remind me of that in a way, all the blues, reds, pinks and greens:cool::thumbup:

I'd agree with you there, Paul. My daughter calls them Oil Knives. Those two look fantastic, Brett.

Thanks gentlemen. I suppose most by now know I like to plan out the knives I'll hand down. I needed another Abalone to balance it out. :D.

So now I have family members looking for nice knives while they are on vacation.
It doesn't get any better...

Nice Vendetta, look forward to seeing more of that one

I just bought my first brand new Victorinox, for a whopping $ 15.47 out the door I picked up a Victorinox pocket pal. I really like it so far and how the blades are decently broad for their size, and it's so slim and lightweight.
I'm glad to support my local small town hardware store. It was the last one and I'm glad I dusted the package off and brought it home because it was the last one and they're discontinued.
Does anyone else own one, and how do you like it ?
