Very nice! After watching a video about how Buck knives are made, I may have to get one of those myself! You've got a solid knife there!

This just arrived! Really nice little knife! Fit and finish is very good, especially for what had to be an inexpensive knife. Half stops on blade and screwdriver/opener, no play, and everything lines up.
Bruce

EDIT- It's a little early, but I had to try out the opener after I noticed it is a different shape than my Pioneer I normally use.... PERFECT bottle opener!

It's a bit OT for here but since the Kitchen Knife Forum seems an unlively place or preserve of custom makers, I decided to boast here about my new kitchen knife.
A 69 layer Damascus general prep knife from Yaxell Japan, 12cm wonderful balance and with very nice grainy micarta handle. This thing is terrifyingly sharp, it could whittle atoms...:D The Seki cutlers have a very long esteemed tradition, Japan makes superb knives and they don't send out stuff blunt for you to put your own edge on..... In fact, Japan makes really good products, the watches and cars I've had from that country have always impressed me and been remarkable durable. Ditto their knives, and how come they have such a wonderful Post Office? Knife ordered Friday, arrived in Helsinki Monday!

Food prep has been a delight this evening, I need to find more veg&meat to prepare:cool::D

I have that one and there's one big problem with it. It reminds me of how much I spend on superfluous knives.

Got a pile o' new knives delivered today, and this 4" closed beauty in rosewood was part of the package...:cool:

Very nice Brett! I love "pile o'knives" days. I had two delivered yesterday, a Loveless City Knife, and a compact Le Thiers in Juniper wood. My apologies for the terrible pic...

LOL, based on the knives I have seen you post Gev, I would say with 100% certainty we share the same taste in knives!

Just received a new to me 77 single blade Barlow from McKay on the Exchange. Love these 77's!

Just received my first Northwoods in the mail today. I'm very impressed with this Broadway Jack, tough to decided which one to carry now.
