Very nice. I only have one issue with mine, found a small pit on the blade. Opposite side of Northwoods stamp.MartyNC - my first Northwoods too. I couldn't be happier with this Giraffe Bone. The (bad) pictures don't do it justice.

Thanks. It was definitely something different from what is usually offered. I bought it as a back up because I really like this model. Thanks! I was curious which company put such great stag on which knife.
That is great stag. And the GEC Wharncliffe trapper is a great knife.
Congrats on the new knife!
I love the peach seed, great choice.
Judging by my Moki folder, I can only imagine the F&F on those two. Here are a couple of new (to me) Ohtas

Best of luck on your first Boker. I have several new and old that are favorites. It's good to see this old world manufacturer still at it.![]()
Happy to add this 2 blade congress to my collection. My first Boker. The GEC 13 whittler got me started on congress knives so I figured I'd try something new. It's definitely small but that makes it all the more pocket friendly. I like the nice snap and nearly fully sunken joints. Despite my impatient sharpening technique, it sharpened up very well.
Beautiful smooth bone. Is it camel by chance?View attachment 702723 Mail Call Saturday!!! Just got these two beauties delivered about 30 minutes ago. Thanks to @rrbruzek for the gorgeous WJ!
That red is killer!Just came in the mail today, my first Northwoods. I can't tell you how thrilled I am with it.![]()

After missing out on two used ones I popped for a NIB. It's a diminutive knife, fitting nicely into dress pants coin pockets. Nice F&F is marred by the (apparently not unusual for Case these days) off-center blade. Not bad enough to rub, but not pretty either. Time will tell how it grows on me.
The factory sheath on that mora is pretty.
Thanks Harry. It was a bit of a whirl wind trip. My wife was to come with but she is still laid up with her broken leg. So, I just went for the business part. How long will you be there?Nice to see you back from Austria Tom . We will be heading over there before too long .
Your new Case looks very nice and am quite anxious to see how you like it long term .
Harry

Nice choice Alan.
Bugdoc That is a nice look. Too bad about the centering but I guess it is what it is. I've had my eye on one of those too. Nice score!
