I was traveling all week for work but got home to these guys today.

The PSK EDC is a really nice, pocketable fixed blade and the Case Bose Stockman is fantastic. The Tony Bose tribal lock came free with the stockman and is pretty cool as well.

Just received the 11 cm aluminum Laguiole that I found on eBay for a song. A little warm soapy water and some Flitz and off we go. It could use a touch up on the edge but other than that I’m very happy. The 11 cm seems to be a sweet spot for me. The extra blade length compared to the 10 cm is an improvement and the slimmer handle is a big improvement.
Edit: originally thought I'd polish it up and make it look like new, but after handling it I realized why I like metal covered knives, and that's the way they wear.IMG_0043_copy_2048x1538.jpgIMG_0073.JPG

Outstanding. Hail to the Hotdog! 😄👍
But ... But ... Those things and squished version (AKA: "Bologna") are gross. Worse than corndogs 🤢🤮 You can have my share... PLEASE????

Sausage and Bratwurst taste ever so much better.

Italian Sausage and bell peppers with Provolone or Mozzarella, or a Bratwurst with (hot) sauerkraut with or without mozzarella, provolone or swiss cheese, or no sauerkraut and extra sharp cheddar on a hoagie or Cuban roll ... Very difficult if not impossible to beat.
Of course 4 to 6 Italian Sausage or Bratwurst served with 8 or 10 ... maybe 12 ... eggs* over easy on a bed of shreaded hashbrowns is an mighty yummy way to start the day. 👍😁
(*eggs ain't very filling. Takes at least 8 per person for a good eggs breakfast, even with 3 large taters shreaded into hashbrowns per eater..)

I love a good brat too but sometimes it just has to be a dog. Give me a all beef Nathan’s Famous Colossal dog (1/4 pound) with mustard and sweet relish any day!
🌭😄

Oh ya... It's hard to beat a good hotdog, and bologna is an awesome quick sammich meat.
Maybe we need to start calling the round shield, the "Bologna Shield" 🤠
Not a bad idea, but “Hail to the hotdog!” sounds better that “Hail to the Bologna!”
🤣
