Whoever started this, whether it be a "little person" or a "big person", I'm not accusing anyone directly, taking sides or blaming anyone in particular. I mean I'm not normally one to believe in conspiracy theories I assure you. But after buying two more STRIDERS this morning, it got me thinking? Which maybe a rarity, I admit that and it is raining out, so that could have something to do with it. I was sort of considering getting another one, but was SORT of trying to save up for the NY show as well. So now I have six, OK, that's fine. Just whoever "he", "she" or "it" is, again I want to be fair, no ones fault in particular. I do take responsibility for my own actions. It just might be time to stand up and admit what this has all really been about. wew, this thread is long. Man what a waste of life in hours for me. But enjoyable nontheless.

All I wanna say is that I have a strider that I purchased quite some time ago. The thing looked real purty when it was new, but has been beat to hell and is currently on loan to a friend overseas, who may not ever give it back. No problem there. In any case, I have handled many a Strider and have never seen one that I would not own.

However, when guys like strider make knives for their buddies ad literally give them away, those knives may not cme out looking great as they are meant to be serious users for dirt cheap or free and not meant to go into the retail market. These blades then come back to haunt him because some shop is selling them at full retail. So his trying to be the nice guy gets paid off by some bad press that was not deserved.

In any case, Strider is standup and will make things right, of that there is no doubt.

Strider said that maybe it's a gift knife, and now his supporters parrot that notion as gospel.
