You know dickdick, I was going to quit with my last post, but before I do quit I have to say this. If my use and spelling of the English language were no better than yours I sure as hell would be ashamed to go on ANY forum and try to make a point about anything. You are really something to behold. At first I thought Mick might have been a little harsh on you, he has a way of doing that sometimes, but after reading all of your posts, I don't think he was nearly as harsh as he should have been. You are really one ignorant SOB.!!!!... That will probably get me banned, but it was worth it....Now I'm finished.
 
I would be upset if someone announced to the world that my products are going downhill, suck, blah blah....That was uncalled for. Words may be cheap but are powerful and something like that can damage a reputable knifemaker. All Midget had to do is contact the dealer and take it up with him or call Strider and they would be more than willing to correct the problem.

hmm but it is purfectly fine for midget to slam Strider WITHOUT contacting either them or the place he bought it from ? and then I guess you expect eveyone to kiss his a$$ and make it right ? I hope both Strider and Steel Addiction tell him to take a hike.

Midget had every right to make that post. He has no obligation to Strider, he is not on his payroll. Mick handled it like a condescending tough guy instead of being understanding. By the way what does does Badlands stand for anyway? Clue me in, maybe I am missing something.

I would explain it to , but since you have such a hatred for Strider , you wouldnt understand anyways.

he may not have any obligation at all but tell me , what sense does it make to slam someone without giving them chance to make it right ? He could have easily had the deal taken care of , then posted hey this is what happened but in the end they did the right thing and took care of it.

Yup a sure great way to ensure one goes to the bottom of any makers waiting list. Makers keep track of names of people who behave like this , they stay on a special list , usually kept on a roll , in the bathroom.

You know to be perfectly honest with you, when he made that post I had mixed feelings about whether he should of posted it or not. I sat back and just read the following posts. When I read Mick's reply I was shocked and the original post became secondary to me. There is no excuse for a reply like that.

I know what your problem is now. You are one of those banned guys :rolleyes: You are just still mad I guess. Strider's warranty is one of the best in the business. That has been proven and you know it.

I guess you just need some kind of excitement in your life. :thumbdn:

Banned from who, from what? The only place I was banned from was USN. Say what you mean and don't use Icons to express yourself. What the hell does USN have to do with it. I know you don't mean Badlands, because I didn't even know that place existed until this post. Plus I have no desire in join a forum like that. I know who I am and I don't need need Badlands for security.

Don't forget us Firefighters. :D We beat hell out of them, send them in for a little love, and back they come good as new. Always have, always will. We love Striders and so do a lot of my cop buddies. Mick, Duane and Josh have always gone the extra mile in my book to take care of their customers. Try it, you'll see.

Guys, in the high end knife world, we get to deal with the individual behind the grinder. Not some corporate giant. These guys take pride in their work. Many of them give back immensly to the community. Mick is one who gives back a ton. He could have **** canned that slcc. Instead, he GAVE it to someone that needed it. Unfortunately it ended up on the resale market. I'll always defend Strider knives. Reeves, Terzuolas, Hinderers, and Baca's too.
Go to some shows and meet these guys. Check out their knives, then decide.

I'll tell you that mine is to defend Mick but what is your's??
Has Strider knives wronged you in some way?
Have your feelings been hurt?
I mean really what is it?
Is it just an overall concern for the knife community?
