It's simply the tenuous strand being using to try and hold onto the money rather than let the cash go and have to resell the knife. The oil did nothing but stop the knife rusting, as could easily have happened, he knows it, we know it and so does my dog. This whole debacle has descended into the ridiculous and beyond.
Why am I not surprised by that ?.....The PP fees are your problem as the seller as is this knife you flipped and don't want back. Money really isn't this important, think about what you're doing to yourself here. Who is going to deal with you after this petty display ?....
I have a question for op.
if oil bothers you so much are you even old enough to posses knives?
Kinda seems like an immature stance only a child would take to get there way.
When i got my Sirius from Dalibor Bergam it was also oiled, but never once did i think of blowing it up to this extent. And for the sharpie, my last four striders came with sharpie on the tang and no issue what so ever

I NEVER EVER ask a seller to pay using the "as gift"option. I do state NET to me. I expect the buyer to then pay Paypal fees. I would hope after that the buyer doesn't commit fraud.
