If Benya is actually a "resuscitated" Saf-t-cab that would be enough reason for banning (applying the same standards with which Frisky Dingo was banned).
 
I only had one transaction with benya and it was a sale, he wired the money to me.
I shipped to a address in New York and it was to a Russian sounding name. There was no problem, since I shipped after I was paid. (he even overpaid me, for some reason on the shipping) I found it a bit strange he never said a word to me about the deal after. No feedback, no got it OK, I'm happy, or nothing. But, it's not the first time that's happened, so I never thought anymore about it, other than he's an rather unfriendly sort.

Don't you wish there was a gulag convieniently around to send scum like this to.Anyhow,a couple of weekends ago, I was watching a documentary of Joseph Stalin aka the man of steel.In it,it mentions that he would send people to a sentence of hard labour for the pettiest of crimes.Even arriving late to work and even if it was not intentional.
 
I wish he was just an unfriendly guy. He's a scammer banned from JD but here he's free to use various nicknames, calling liar everyone he has a trouble with (as Saf-t-cab even he said people edited his mails) and selling used knives as new... the jewel in the crown!
 
Well, apparently the Mods aren't going to step into this one. I'm not sure why. This is not how problems are normally dealt with around here. :thumbdn:

It's just not me, he sold/traded used knives to more people and used various nicknames. People have expressed their concerns about this but it seems for some weird reason it doesn't matter at all... :confused:

What I don't understand is that this guy obviously has multiple accounts here on Blade Fourms, and neither seem to be limited to W&C. That, alone, is a bannable offense, right? Aside from the fact that he's pulled the same cheap trick on a couple different members, claiming to have a NIB knife and sending a used one.

I'm curious, have you contacted any of the gb&u or super moderators? In my opinion, and as you are rather obviously the wronged party here, it would make sense for you to do so instead of just publicly complaining about the site and hoping that a mod might notice and respond.

Maybe you don't know but Igor was the first posting here attacking the guy he lied to. Then I follow posting and his own thread exploted in the hands. People saw the evidence while he stayed in silence as couldn't explain about the photos. Most people praised me for doing it ok as I've contacted Igor and got silence.

Yes, I've contacted a "supermod" and don't wanna get involved. What do you suggest? Forget about this as it never happened? Well, I don't put a pistol in anybody's head to read me.

I feel strongly that the Mods are fair and treat all the same.

Okay, so up goes my hand from the back of the room. In February or March of 2009, I did a trade and sale with him. It finally got resolved but the whole thing was at the very least (to use an outdated word) "hinky." Send this to a friend in New Jersey, I'm in Canada, etc, etc. It took a month or so to get corrected but finally did. It became one of only three transactions I've had here that made me suspicious. I felt like he never really crossed the line, but he sure snuggled very close to it, enough so that I contacted a couple of other members here that he had dealt with (one of whom has already posted in this thread). The response from the other member was this:

hi my transaction with him was worth &**&,dont waste your time,he says he wants to buy everything but then its 1 problem after another.its either his paypal or your paypal,his bank,bla bla.he never did complete the deal with me.good luck

I've conscously avoided him and have been amazed at the number of people that have given him positive feedback. Sooner or later though, I guess that in a game of musical chairs, the music stops, and that's when the problems arise.
