So, we come to this impasse with the above information. My suggestion for nirvanero is that you cut your losses and move on at this point. I believe there is nothing left for you to say that will alleviate your frustration and anxiety over this issue. Go out, treat yourself to something good, and try to put this whole thing out of your mind. If you can't do that, then the issue will continue to grate on you. For that, you will pay the price, not Benya. Ask yourself, "Is Benya worth all of this frustration that I have?" My guess is that he is not. This has been going on for quite some time and I just don't see anything good coming from it continuing. Life is too short to live it in frustration.
At this time it's very doubtful that Heiheit is gonna get any package from Benya.
If Benya does not get banned for doing this to nirvanero and then ripping off Heiheit by not sending that package. Well I wont know what to think.
Hopefully people wont start thinking that they can get away with this kinda crap just because nothing was done about it.
Since there's more than one person involved who has been negatively effected by the same person, benya is the weak link in the chain.
As such, my opinion is this:
Benya, you've got a choice. You can refund / replace / return the money & items in question, at which things should be back to square one. If you fail to do this in a timely manner, your account will be pulled.
Do the right thing.

By the way, Igor emailed me the yesterday after I emailed him asking him if he actually shipped it and he said he sent an email earlier and included pictures of a receipt.. Strange thing is he insured the aligner for $100 when I only payed $50 for it and he insured the 710 he originally sent me for $100.
Yes, your right. They are not responsible for any personal loss.This forum as others offers a place to advertise and sell/trade, there NOT responsible for personal transactions...just like any other place or publication one would advertise something forsale....there's always a chance of any deal going bad.
That is odd. Makes me think he "might" be showing you the slip for the knife. Did you actually see a date that is was post stamped?

When getting insurance through CanadaPost, $100 is the minimum.

120 isn't a lot of money, to sell your reputation for.
27 days and still no aligner; I doubt I'll ever get it back. Igor is a class act; mock me publicly because of my age, call me names, leave me negative feedback for something I thought (and still do think) was a completely rational decision, and then keeps it for himself.
Let's not confuse the two issues. Whatever his behavior since the time, he was completely within his rights to ask for swap back or refund or whatever if he was not satisfied with the sharpeners you sent him. Your belief about the sharpeners is entirely irrelevant.
