No matter if it's black or silver. I've always liked that the screws / clip / blade all match, which ever it is.
 
Since I have all of the sections of knife separated in layers now, it should be fairly easy to change things around. I'll see if I can get some other colors and see if I can chop an elmax blade in there as well. Getting carbon fiber and digi-camo will be fun to try :)

I have a tan/satin Skyline, but I made it by combining a 1760 and a 1760BRCKT; it was a by-product of making a Franken-Skyline 1760CKT (black G-10, black blade, black pocket clip). If the 1760BRCKT were more redily available, I would love to build red/black and orange/black combinations too.

BTW, I think a black pocket clip would look great on the 1760DAM, but tend to lean towards having a stonewashed pocket clip on the proposed blue G-10/stonewashed blade combination. Just my .02.

I don't have a Skyline yet, this would make a great introduction for me. I hope y'all decide on Elmax.
 
That blue is awesome! I definitely love the blue G10 with the stonewashed blade and clip, that gets my vote. For blade steels, I think S30V would be a great option, but I'm still secretly hoping for Elmax or ZDP just because I have a lot of S30V blades. But don't try to please just me because I'll buy it no matter what if it looks like that mockup! Good job Leek Freak.

Huge fan of black clips!!! I'd love od green or digicam scales. For the record, I'm in for multiple of any color.

Also, I've always wanted a composite blade. I wonder how much it would add to the price? Thinking of that, it'd be kinda cool if Thomas gave some prices for different scale and blade materials (and the composite option) and the community could vote for the color/materials that they liked and wanted to pay for. Cafeteria style, only we'd all be eating the same meal.

Kinda a forum choice blade.

Put me down for two, no matter what the outcome is. I would really like Elmax
as the blade steel though, and those blue G-10 scales are the bomb. :thumbup:
