I think I need a slightly longer fixed blade in a tool steel like M4 to use for this. Building up a sweet patina while on kitchen duty with a good knife would be awesome!
 
Man, everytime I see your pictures I would love to be there. I don't ride horses and am absolutely no use as a ranch hand, but I like knives and love steaks.

Thanks sincerely brother, for putting in the work that makes it possible for us all to enjoy that top tier American beef! Combine that with the fact that you make some mighty fine cutlery for us to enjoy also, and I’d say that you’re making a huge contribution to society, or at least this community of steak & knife lovers.
