I’ve been lacking lately. Been smoking a bunch of pork, but #MBABGA!
I put these on the smoker an hour ago. Gonna let em ride for 16 hours. Pulled pork tomorrow! I’ll share some pictures tomorrow. Two ten lb pork shoulders.I just did a whole pork rib rack..... it turned out great. Cheers!
