Beef stew tonight. This Old Hickory will make quick work of trimming and chunking the chuck roast for the pot.

I put these on the smoker an hour ago. Gonna let em ride for 16 hours. Pulled pork tomorrow! I’ll share some pictures tomorrow. Two ten lb pork shoulders.

Oh yeah, you could do it hot and fast or low and slow, anyway you’d like. Could do it in a crock pot too.
