Can anyone here make this knife for me?

It is a nice design, but I too think it is too similar to the HAK. I actually like the look better than the HAK. It is a fresh look, but it is still a knife that has the same styled blade coming of a 2 finger handle at the same angle. All this similar to the HAK. I prefer the something similar to the original design because it has a lot of utility, and I like that with the original design is that the blade can be handled in different positions. Something rare that you don't see in other knives is being the knife where the blade is at a right angle to your hand.
In summary, they are basically 2 different knives that are good designs. I believe you can sell variations of both styles.

so you still want to go with the knife design you first posted, what blade style did you want. i thought you wanted #1 but later in the posts you mentenund you wanted #2 so im just trying to get m facts straight.

I would like the knife made with the #2 blade.

I think the #1 is a good blade for the knife though. But #2 for me for now.

Thanks JTknives.

P.S. I reread my post, and I see where I made my mistake. I will the changes on that previous post.

I think that most people that I have had contact with wanted the #2 as well, but if you like, I could take it up with them.

I'm gonna have to agree with LT & DH.While your new design is pretty cool I'd like to have one as close to the original as possible. That's not to say I wouldn't buy one of the other designs.

death's head i am getting a list of people that want this knife and your the first one it. just let people know that if there intersited thay should let me know so thay can get a low number on the wating list.

ok every one the steel is ordered and on its way. i got a steel of a deal. pure 36" of 2" wide high quality O-1. i am also ordering a 1" high speed dril bit to do the finger holes. i will soon have these blades out

i have 3 people on the list so far. i have also ordered the 1" bit so i can get perfect round holes.

o and one more thing, the Spyderco SPOT does have a 1" hole. im doing some 3d models of the knife with difrent blade styles so you can se how thay will realy look.

Cool, would love to see the models with different blade styles. I was also looking over the blade styles again. I think #4 is nicer than #1. Also, a hawkbill option would be nice to see too.
If you made it in that blade style as well, I believe that too would be a great seller. A hawkbill that is not so extreme though, one that could still be straight enough to poke with.

ok i have got some models done and will post them tonight. also did you know that a 1" drill bit has a weight of over 1/2 pound. there a big boy i just need to get a dril that can handle a 1/2" chuck size. how many people on this sight are wanting one.

I just have a little finish work to do on this key chain knife. It is Titanium with a 1080 blade that is scalpel sharp. The blade is attached with five brass pins. I will be making a leather wallet next week and I will put a small sheath on it to hold this knife.

It's very comfortable to hold and weighs just over an ounce.

While I was putting a crown on the finger hole it caught on the die grinder stone and slashed three of my fingers pretty deep. There is a blood trail from my shop to the house. The fingers in the pic have previous injuries, I usually try to get one healed before doing a new one.

It will be a few days before I will be able to put the finishing touches on it.

That is a cool design B Finnigan. I love how you combined the use of steel and Ti.
I hope to see JTknives' designs soon as well.

I was just wondering about your knife B Finnigan. How stable is your creation when held in your hand? It looks like the blade can turn a bit due to the lack of a piece of metal on the other side of the hole to brace the knife against your palm.

Thanks!
It wedges into the knuckle crease so it grips real tight. That is unless you have several bandages on the right finger, then it does not fit too good.

ok here is the model of the first valor knife im going to make, other blade styles wll fallow.

dont wory i forgot to model the slot, i will fix this tomarow and post another pic. let me know if this is the style you like.

That looks great JTknives. The program that you are using is really cool. I like seeing the model and the original from different angles. I'm really glad that the owner of the knife provided a good view of the original. I think your version with the wharncliffe is going to be really good. It looks great too. I don't miss the slot, but others did request it. Also, is there a chance that some file work be done on the spine of the blade for thumb grip?
Thanks JTknives for your work on this. I cut and paste your pics to help spread the info.
