Hey Phillip. Yeah, I'm addicted to them. I try to do one everyday. If I don't have time to make my own, Tropical Smoothie Cafe is my home away from home.

I know he brings one in the morning and often would suggest a smoothie for lunch on Friday's as a lighter option because Andy frequently would buy us biscuits on Friday morning.... I would reply... Nope I require food!😀

Enjoyed an evening of a local band and some good wine and cheap snacks at a winery we used to go to last weekend. The patch did just fine and the Mrs. was happy to get out. Almost felt like a normal day again.

 
according to dylan fletcher you definitely should put that chicken on the krystal and eat them at the same time
