When the mechanic first told me the estimate on the repairs was going to be 1.3K, I was really annoyed....

When he gave me his assessment that I was really lucky to still be alive considering where I live, I decided to not be annoyed, and instead celebrate still being alive :) The Bear Cub makes a fantastic steak knife :D

Peaches 'n Cream sweet corn on the grill - no salt or butter required. First harvest of the year here in the heart of the corn belt. When I was a kid, at family reunions everyone used to be so proud that my great uncle won the Illinois corn shucking competition back in the day. Braggn rights around these parts. LOL!

Dry aged ribeye steak (salt & pepper) with potato salad and a chipotle & pepper colby jack cheese. Recluse in curly maple doing the carving honors.

Molasses BBQ pork chop, green beans, scalloped potatoes, roll and old school HB. It was so tender I didn't need the knife but...

That is my 1st Fiddleback. I must have come home from BLADE and made some chicken so I could take the pic because there is no patina on it.

i like mine simple as well

A little sauce, some thin sliced tomatoes and a bit of onion. A couple dashes of Yucatan Sunshine Habanero Sauce to make it complete.
