Yeah. Seeded mustard. The only way I have steak. Lets the meat flavour shine as opposed to sauces. It’s a British thing.

It wasn’t well done. Didn’t capture it properly but was medium. You can just see the pink. It’s the best with mustard

The Mangos the squirrels and I harvested last week are ready to eat. The TRM OG Neutron with WoK Ti scales is a great slicer. Tonight I am making a raw Mango Thai salad.

They are mostly very very similar from the supermarket but this is M&S brand. Hot English mustard or Dijon works well too. But have to warn you if you’re used to like the nice Smokey sauces this is a very different experience.

I have both Irish style, German style whole grain and Dijon, I will give it a try.
