They go well together maybe because both are Southerners. Our best garlic come from Agen (green dot), which is just 250km from Laguiole (red dot) - btw this also shows that the shortest distance is def not the quickest way.

I think I'll peel off the stickers and keep this knife.

The mark by the bolster looks like a "T." in a box, right arm of the T projecting a little beyond the box toward the spine.

The reason I like FP knives so much is that they offer a smaller Lag, and one which locks I find the 11-13cm standards to be too much of a monster to carry

Well, it was "orange juice", & Bing said it before Anita. I think. At least, he was doing Minit Maid commercials first. I seem to remember him saying it.
