Had to oil her joints when I got home 😉

Hope everyone has a great day !
Great pics Steve, I'm glad that Rosie is OK ;) Cold and sunny is some of my favourite weather :)

Whatever the wife says! Lol
That's the same rule in my house... keeps everything harmonious. 🤠
Sorry your plans got scrapped, but that looks like a good plan B. 🤠
I hate when that happens... I usually jerk it off the wall, throw it in the garage, and go back to bed.
Those triple bolsters are the stuff of dreams. 🤠
What a great picture... and Lambsfoot. 🤠
That looks wonderful... sorry you weren't able to complete the challenge, but the Charlie Lamb is a worthy replacement. 🤠
Welcome Aboard. 🤠
You're "slaying" it, Dwight. 🤠
Pretty Lambsfoot, my friend. 🤠
I choose Happy too, my friend... and I'd choose that Lambsfoot too if I had it. 🤠

Good Morning Guardians
Sorry I've been absent for the past couple of days.
I was adopted at birth and never knew either of my bio parents.
I have recently been getting to know some of my half brothers and sisters via 23andMe... It's been keeping me pretty busy.

Good morning all. It’s been a spastic paced week, including yesterday. Work continues to challenge and we are still working to get fully moved into the new house.

Regardless, every day is a gift and we get to choose happiness or not. I choose happy.

Still dark outside and it’s very quiet. Lovely.

Great start Pete, hope everything slows down a bit for you. 😎👍

Very exciting times John. 😎👍

I have to say though, I've been very happy with the C70 steel
As discussed before, it all depends on the tempering. Get that right and you will have a good blade, i have a C70 steel blade that must have been done perfectly. Takes a fantastic edge and more importantly keeps it. Does not matter what steel they use if they don't get the tempering right, it is irrelevant.

Thanks buddy, I've certainly had worse weekends :)

Thanks again John :)

That's exciting! My best pal, and his brother, were orphans, and grew up separately, though they always maintained contact, and now live a few doors from each other. My mate was adopted, and has lots of brothers and sisters, scattered about, all of whom he sees from time to time
Good morning Guardians. Got the games on in the background and getting some chores done around the house. View attachment 1994086
Good for you Todd, nice pic :)
Thanks Jack, I always aim for that ;)

Not a sausage sammich, but waffle boats are close enough for me :)

Yes indeed, most of Wright's HT is farmed out. They don't always get it right, but mostly they do. The main problem they've had with HT over the years is blade warping, something they've been rather complacent about I think. I've previously used vacuum-hardening, but Wright's prefer the cheap route, as do most of their customers.
Thanks a lot. It is 6.30AM on Monday morning, now i have a hankering for some sausages for breakfast, and i am going to have to wait till 8.30 till Aldi opens, they have the best " snags ". 😂 😂 😂.
Oh no! I know the feeling mate! :D Enjoy your sausages! :)

Glad you took a few moments from your chores to make this nice image, Todd.

Hope you enjoy your walk David, nice-looking pocket companion

Thank you Jack! 🤠

Afternoon Guardians! Made it out to Kneeblers Pond and wandered around for a while. Kneeblers Pond is an old gravel pit on the Walnut river. Took the Scout XT and did a little plinking. Sure was nice to get out and enjoy nature and the nice weather. Then went to the BNSF Depot and watched trains for a bit. Happy trails!
